Frequently asked questions

What can I contact Support about?

Use a ticket for account access, Chat, sponsorship, two-factor authentication, a problem with the site, or to report unwelcome conduct, hate or discrimination, or a safety concern.

How do I get help with two-factor authentication?

Include the problem you are seeing and confirm that you are the account holder. Support can guide recovery and sanctioned two-factor resets.

Where can I follow my ticket?

Open Support Tickets and resolved Prior Support Tickets both stay on this page. We keep them — they are not deleted. Open one to read replies and respond.

What should I include in a ticket?

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and any relevant page or message. Never include your password. If Support asks for your Recovery Secret for a two-factor reset, reply on this Support Ticket only — not in Chat.
