NWA[F] Club accounts are for individual, personal use only. You may not share your account credentials with others, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use the Club to harvest, collect, or store personal information about other Members for any purpose outside the Club's intended use. Automated surveillance, data mining, or bulk collection of Member information is strictly prohibited.
If you are affiliated with any government agency or law enforcement body, you must disclose this affiliation before creating an account. Failure to disclose such affiliation is grounds for immediate account termination and banning from the Club.
The Club is a community built on respect, friendship, and service. You agree to treat all Members with dignity and respect. Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other Members is grounds for account termination.
Transactional emails (verification codes, security notices, account updates) are required for account security and are not optional. News and updates from the Club and Foundation require your separate opt-in consent at registration, which you may withdraw at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, particularly for failure to disclose government affiliation, harvesting Member data, or abusive behavior toward other Members.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
